Hello Elmwood Boaters

A few brave boaters have already launched their boats and we expect the traffic to pick up in the next couple of weeks. Entering and exiting the marina has always been a challenge and we expect this to continue.

You will soon see  new signage at the north entrance and the south curb cut of the marina. In the past, seasonal slip holders were allowed to enter the marina using the south curb cut. We have observed occasions where cars and boats were attempting to use this location at the same time, thus causing traffic backup and unsafe conditions.

After considerable study and discussion, the Township has decided to end this practice. Effective immediately, all marina patrons must enter the marina at the north entrance.

We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
