Winter Storage
Planning to tuck your boat in for the 2026/27 winter? Elmwood handles haul-out and on-site winter storage right here at the marina. Slip- and mooring-holders receive priority placement, and remaining spaces are assigned first-come, first-served by the date your reservation deposit is received — so it pays to get your request in early. Wall space is limited.
Good to know
- A $200 deposit reserves your spot; submit your request form by August 15, 2026.
- Haul out with Elmer's Crane at Elmwood, or haul your own boat into the marina lots.
- Full payment is due before storage begins, and no later than October 1, 2026.
- Exact haul-out dates and storage rates are published by June 1, 2026.
Brewery Creek Reserve Lots
Summer Storage
Store your trailered boat just across from the marina at our Brewery Creek reserve lots — the next best thing to having a slip. Hitch up and you're on the water in about five minutes. It's a favorite with the Up North regulars who'd rather spend the morning sailing than hauling across town.
